Quarter City II
In order of its extraordinary location and use the Bauhausplatz is a very special spot at the new areal of Domagkpark. Among with one of its subsidiary Quartierplatz Gate Munich GmbH the Rosa-Alscher Group developed a concept which fulfills the special requirements.
Both for the exceptional architectural presentation and the manifold use the town house endows vitality to the area.
The town house at Bauhausplatz is the central building at Domagkpark and meld the many facets. In two houses and on around 7.000 m² the bulding offers both for working and living space.
On the groundfloor, restaurants and shops of all kind provide aliveness with a fresh flair. The so called Haus Nord is meant to be the centre of bureaus and services whereas the Haus Süd offers amply and light-flooded living space on up to 23 flats besides bureaus.
The completion is intended for the end of 2017. The architect’s office Palais Mai from Munich drafted the designs and were top ranked at Realisierungswettbewerb.
