New top location for the Rosa-Alscher Group in Parkstadt Schwabing
The Rosa-Alscher Group is moving to a new top location in Munich’s Parkstadt Schwabing. The state-of-the-art office complex Twin Yards – Top Office Munich will be the Rosa-Alscher Group’s new headquarter, which will include the architects of SAM, the SAM Plantech GmbH and its companies.
The Rosa-Alscher Group brings together its entrepreneurial activities at one location on approx. 2,500 m2. A renowned Italian furniture manufacturer will provide the offices’ furnishings due to a new collaboration with the Rosa-Alscher Group. The interior design will constitute a milestone for the so-called “clean office” concept.
The Rosa-Alscher Group is in good company in this area. Several global companies have found their corporate home in Parkstadt Schwabing, including Osram, Microsoft, IBM, and Fujitsu. Besides the Rosa-Alscher Group, the Twin Yards themselves also accommodate the German headquarters of PORR and five further corporations on 13,600 m2. This means that approximately 500 people will be working in this representative building.
The Twin Yards project was developed, planned, and built by the Rosa-Alscher Group in a joint venture with STRAUSS & PARTNER. Its LEED and DGNB certifications prove the building’s high sustainability and energy efficiency standards. WealthCap Schwabing GmbH & Co. KG owns and leases the building. The company bought the building in March 2015.
The new address of the Rosa-Alscher Group from the end of April is Walter-Gropius-Straße 23, 80807 Munich, Germany.
