The principal tenant is one of the leading building contractors in Europe: the PORR Group is relocating its German headquarters into the seven-storey office building. Two of its subsidiaries, Stump and ALU Summer, are also moving into the twin yards.
But the principal tenant is not the only well-known firm taking up residence. VF Germany is also moving to Parkstadt Schwabing. As part of the VF Corporation, the VF Germany headquarters represents one of the largest clothing companies in the world. Its product assortment includes famous brands such as Lee Jeans, Wrangler, Eastpak, Timberland, The North Face and 7 for all mankind.
Other tenants include Simlivity (a company that supplies server and cloud solutions), the automotive industry supplier GTIKT and the advertising agency JS Deutschland. The Austrian lighting manufacturer MOLTO LUCE is even setting up its own showroom in the twin yards.
The Rosa-Alscher Group, which developed, planned and built the office building in a joint venture with STRAUSS Partner, is also moving into the twin yards. Founder and Managing Director, Dr. Alexander Rosa-Alscher, is clearly very pleased about this: “The fact that the premises were fully let so quickly shows that the twin yards meets today’s high expectations in terms of design and execution.” LEED and DGNB certification are testament to the building’s high level of sustainability and energy efficiency.
Owner and landlord of the twin yards is Neue Schwabing GmbH, a subsidiary of WealthCap Management Capital Holding GmbH. The company acquired the property in March 2015.
