The innovative office complex in Parkstadt Schwabing, Munich is to be handed over to the new tenants on 15 December. That means that the twin yards complex will already be fully let with the first occupancy. The 13,600-square-metre office building will now be home to seven companies. Once they have moved in, over 500 people will be working in the office complex.
The former “Funkkaserne” radio barracks is being given a new lease of life. From 2015 to 2017, accommodation for over 4,000 people will be built on the site of the former military base. The Rosa-Alscher Group is constructing one of the central buildings here at the entrance to the DomagkPark.
The site of the former “Funkkaserne” radio barracks has had an eventful past. Now the site in the north of the Munich district of Schwabing is set to become a lively new district with around 1,700 apartments.
The Rosa-Alscher Gruppe GmbH is repositioning itself with a new public face. In order to communicate the strength of the group as a whole, company founder Dr. Rosa-Alscher has decided to consolidate it under one roof.
